With 20 years of experience under its belt ELINEX Power Solutions bv is among the UPS pioneers in the Netherlands. ELINEX Power Solutions delivers an extensive series of products in various gradations - depending on the application - in load capacities ranging from 300 VA to over 3MVA (3,000,000 VA). ELINEX is the official distributor of Eaton-Powerware (see www.powerware.com). Powerware originated from manufacturers such as Exide, Fiskars, Deltec and Best and has formed part of the Eaton group since 2003.

With Powerware, ELINEX has the most innovative UPS manufacturer in the world in its portfolio. Powerware has no less than 120 patents in circulation and 98 patents under application. Important patents include ABM and Hot Sync. ABM (automatic battery management) is basically an intelligent battery charging system that slows down internal corrosion and thus extends battery life by 30%. Hot Sync permits the parallel connection of no less than 8 UPS systems. These systems can operate entirely independently of each other and still deliver energy simultaneously to the powered installations.
